Wood Harbinger has been providing commissioning services since the early ‘90s, and over that time, we have seen the combination of building systems and controls become more complex. Leadership in the Industry

 

Wood Harbinger has taken a leadership role with the Building Commissioning Association (BCA), the only organization dedicated to total building commissioning. We have placed ourselves at the top of this organization in order to shape and promote the practice of commissioning and be recognized as leaders in this developing and evolving industry. Our clients benefit from our involvement by having state-of-the-art commissioning practices and procedures applied to every job.

 

LEED Commissioning

 

Wood Harbinger is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and has an active role in staff education and participation in sustainable design building technologies. 


Our commissioning team is composed of LEED Accredited Professionals, who are well-versed in LEED systems and documentation requirements. They possess the knowledge and experience to maximize LEED credits for commissioning. They are practiced in leveraging the commissioning process to document credits; examples include: ventilation, indoor air quality, and measurement and verification. 

 

Wood Harbinger's team has experience writing systems manuals to earn LEED credits. This ensures that the owners and maintenance staff sustain optimal building operation.
