Bellevue Galleria Tenant Improvements, LA Fitness, Bellevue, WA
The project converted approximately 60,000 SF of retail space into an L.A. Fitness complex including a swimming pool, spa, gym, aerobics, cardiovascular, and free weights areas. The project documents included three packages: the infrastructure package; the tenant improvement package; and the swimming pool package.
Wood Harbinger provided mechanical and electrical system concepts and design criteria for the design/build infrastructure package. Plumbing and electrical design documents for the tenant improvement project and a plumbing system overview for the swimming pool and spa package were completed.
