Electrical Controls Engineer / Designer - The ideal candidate has a proactive approach to projects, a sense of urgency to deliver projects on time and on budget, and the ability to build positive relationships with fellow employees and clients while working on the design of major industrial, process, steam boilers, chilled water, and power systems SCADA projects.

Desired capabilities include:

• Experience in developing ISA based Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s) for Steam Generation Systems, Chilled Water Systems, Tank Storage Facilities, Pumping Systems and Industrial SCADA Systems
• Instrument and Control System Design for Electrical Systems
• Familiarity with Process Monitoring Systems, PLC Systems programming, SCADA System flag settings, data logging, field instrumentation, fiber optic network communications/formatting, programmable data bases and motor controllers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required, AutoCAD 2007 a plus
• Proficient in detailed field investigation
• Experience with design/build and design/bid projects
• Good verbal and written communication skills
