Wood Harbinger provided mechanical and electrical engineering services for the renovation of
approximately 58,000 SF. This project was accomplished in three phases.
Phase I renovated a Culinary Arts Classroom and Dining room, an Electronics Lab with solder
fume removal hoods, a Machine Lab with compressed air hose drops, a Weld Lab with welding
booths, and a Motorcycle Lab with compressed air, electrical service drops, and a 24-bay
motorcycle exhaust removal system.
Phase II renovated 31,162 SF and included a conversion of classrooms and the library into
offices, an update of existing offices, and a detailed lighting analysis of a 3-story atrium.
Phase III upgraded 10,214 SF. The work included creating a fitness center, exercise classrooms,
a locker room, and ancillary office spaces.
