Wood Harbinger was the mechanical, electrical, and communications Commissioning Agent for the
new 67,000 SF Madrona K-8 School. As Commissioning Agent, we:

Developed the Commissioning Plan;

Reviewed bid documents;

Witnessed and verified satisfactory completion of equipment, system, and inter-system functional performance tests;

Reviewed subcontractor's start-up plans and provided written comments;

Monitored testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) work;

Reviewed documentation, including start-up and functional testing documentation, forwarded by Test Engineer; and
-
Coordinated with the Seattle Public Schools' personnel involved with equipment, component, and system performance verification and training.
When commissioning was successfully completed, we recommended acceptance to Seattle Public Schools.
