Wood Harbinger studied the existing mechanical infrastructure and developed recommendations in
support of a multi-year, multi-phase Master Plan for major additions to the hospital and extensive
remodeling of existing areas.
Mechanical aspects of the Master Plan include expansion of the existing central plant,
selection of equipment that reduces total lifetime cost of operation, and new mechanical systems to serve the
new construction. Areas addressed in the Master Plan include:
