This project converted approximately 60,000 SF of retail space into an LA
Fitness complex including a swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, and aerobics,
cardiovascular, and free weights rooms. The project documents include
three packages: Infrastructure, Tenant Improvement, and Swimming Pool/Spa.
Wood Harbinger provided mechanical and electrical system concepts and design
criteria for the design-build Infrastructure package, plumbing and electrical design
documents for the Tenant Improvement package, and a plumbing system overview for
the Swimming Pool/Spa package.
