The Nike Manor Plumbing Rehabilitation Project evaluated the existing interior waste line
conditions in 21 single-family residences. The project followed applicable requirements
from the Uniform Plumbing Code, Uniform Building Code, and Uniform Mechanical Code.
Subsequently, we prepared plans and specifications for replacement of the interior waste lines
for a typical residence. The representative design was then applied to 21 units by the King County Housing Authority.
