Wood Harbinger provided the mechanical and electrical systems analysis, energy analysis,
parametric estimating, programming, and final design and construction documents for this
4-story Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ).
Ross Hall provides 168 bedroom/bathroom suites for enlisted personnel as well as lounges,
laundry facilities, game areas, recreational areas, and a 500 SF kitchen and dining area.
The design includes an underground 2-story parking garage for 240 passenger vehicles
located beneath the residential portion of the structure. The project was designed
to complement an outdoor courtyard formed by 2 existing high rise BEQs.
