Wood Harbinger provided mechanical, electrical, and communications engineering services for this
48,000 SF facility, consisting of a 36,000 SF Education Center and a 12,000 SF Library. The
project was a design-build project in which we served as the Request for Proposal (RFP)
A/E. Services included preparation of the Requirements document, which included a
data collection phase and meeting with customer representatives to develop the project program.
The RFP documents were prepared to a 25% completion stage.
