We provided commissioning services for interior tenant improvements that converted an abandoned QFC grocery store into a 27,000 SF primary care clinic. The clinic includes 30 exam rooms and an academic conference center, and will support the growing population and primary healthcare needs of Kitsap Peninsula residents.
Our Washington State Energy Code-compliant commissioning services included the following project components: one energy recovery ventilator, nine heat recovery units, four VRF condensing units, 30 VRF fan coil units, five unit heaters, two split-system units, domestic water heater and recirculation pump, building automation system/direct digital controls, and lighting controls.
“Wood Harbinger did an excellent job during commissioning. They took ownership of the process and made the most of coming into a difficult project with a short timeframe and successfully turned things around. They are the only commissioning firm I’ve worked with that proactively reached out to make sure they performed the one-year walk. They made it a point to get feedback from the end users and ensure all systems were working as expected.” - Chris Kreifels, Project Manager, CommonSpirit Health
